SEAGUARD

A safety app for fishermen: React Native frontend with a FastAPI backend, real-time GPS boundary monitoring, weather alerts and automated SMS alerts via Twilio.
SeaGuard monitors fishermen's GPS position against maritime boundaries in real time and sends weather and automated SMS alerts. Frontend and backend are containerized with Docker for deployment.

Our project was selected for ISRO project presentation in the presence of ISRO chairman Dr. V Narayanan
/ The Impact
Won the 'Most Product Readiness Award' at HackCelestial 2.0 (200+ teams) and received an award presented by the Director, ISRO.
